Omer Pickholtz
Graduate of the Mandel School for Educational Leadership, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Executive Business Administration. Omer has served in various senior management positions in both the business and social sectors. Among his roles: Secretary General of the NOAM youth movement, Deputy Director and Manager of the Community Center network in the “Yuvalim” Community Administration in Jerusalem, co-founder and CEO of THE POST HOSTEL and urban experience-based hotels, and founded and managed a digital platform for business communication. Omer is married to Natalie and father to four daughters.

Eyal holds an MBA in International Management, a Master’s degree in International Relations, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. With over a decade of experience in sales, business development, and strategic partnership management, Eyal has worked across diverse industries, including consulting, medical devices, commerce, and retail. This extensive experience has served as a strong foundation for his professional growth.
Eyal spent five years with the Jewish Agency, first serving as a Shaliach to the Jewish Federation of Savannah and later as the Head of the Recruiting and Screening Unit for young Shlichim.
He is married to Ofra and is the proud father of two daughters.

Liron Carmeli
Liron holds a MBA in public policy for principals from Tel Aviv University and has over 15 years experience working in the education sector. Previously, she worked as Director of the Schools Department for the Ramla municipality and was also a member of the Ramla Foundation Board of Directors.
Maya Rosenbach
Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a multidisciplinary program in the humanities at Tel Aviv University and an MBA with a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in business and managerial psychology from the College of Management.
15 years of experience in social and educational activities in youth movements and various social organizations.
In her last position she managed the area of strategic development at the Yishuv initiative in the center at the Rashi Foundation.
Orit Yosifof
Chartered Public Accountant, with BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and MA in Law from Bar Ilan University. Has extensive experience in the business sector and, in the past, as an Accounting Controller of the Karasso Motors Group and as a Manager at the BDO Firm of Auditors.
Sagit Gol
BA in Education Policy Management from Tel Aviv University. Over 10 years of management, project and HR experience in the business sector.
Adi Armony
Holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from the Hebrew University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ben-Gurion University.
With 12 years of experience in social and educational activities within youth movements and various social organizations, she has served as an advisor to the CEO of the Ministry of Social Equality, and was the National Operations Manager at the Educating for Excellence organization and managed the HELLO TECH initiative at the Rashi Foundation.
Tal Theumim Oron
Tal has a BA in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and a LL.B in Law from Reichman University. She is an experienced marketing professional, specializing in data mining, direct marketing, printing, and advertising. Prior to joining Educating for Excellence, she served as Director of Marketing & Communications for El Al.

Nimrod Dotan
Nimrod Dotan holds a BA in Political Science and a Masters in Systemic Organizational Development from the University of Haifa. Nimrod previously worked in a variety of management and training positions with the Israel Scouts movement. In his final role with the Scouts, he managed the national training array and was a HR project manager. After leaving the Scouts, he managed HR projects in the business sector.
In 2012, Nimrod joined Educating for Excellence (E4E). For six years, he served as Deputy Director of Education and then for two years as Deputy Director General, where he was responsible for managing all educational activities in our organization as well as the work at our organization’s headquarters. Nimrod is a Maoz Network member and completed a program for senior management in the educational system through Maoz & Harvard Business School. Nimrod also serves with the IDF Reserves as a combat commander in the Northern Command, holding the rank of lieutenant colonel in the Engineering Corps Combat Unit.
Hana Dorsman
She graduated with a BA in social work from Bar Ilan University, and an MA in social work from Tel Aviv University, and graduated from Mendel School for Educational Leadership.
Has over twenty years of experience in managing, leading and developing social organizations.
For about nine years she served as the CEO of the association ‘Education for the Peaks’ and before that she managed the unit for social engagement at Tel Aviv University.
Currently, Hana serves as the CEO of the organization ‘United’, which accompanies the Jewish schools in the Diaspora.
Shahaf Erlich
Seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of experience managing and working with companies in the real estate sector, as well as providing real estate and financial consulting. Previously founded the Education for Excellence non-profit organization, which focused on supporting and nurturing children from underprivileged socio-economic backgrounds that have the potential for excellence.
