To send checks: Checks must be made payable to “PEF Israel Endowment Funds” –no other words may appear on the “Pay to” line. Checks may received via the US Postal Service, or any other delivery method that DOES NOT require a signature.

Shattering the Glass Ceiling
E4E equips participants with a diverse toolkit that includes scholastic reinforcement, extra studies on STEM subjects, cultural enrichment, personal empowerment and life skills, community involvement, and career preparation. The program is led by volunteers and college student-instructors who serve as positive role models.
The Scholarship Program: A College Stipend
The Scholarship Program helps reduce academic gaps by providing hundreds of college stipends every year to youth from underserved communities, allowing them to finance their tuition and other student costs. In exchange for these stipends, college student recipients serve as instructors at E4E's Excellence Centers. In addition to gaining educational experience and serving as positive role models, the college students acquire a robust skill set that helps them prepare for future workplace challenges.
Paving the Way to a Career
The Career Excellence Program helps young degree holders from underserved communities, who struggle to find positions that help them fulfill their potential and capabilities. The program's participants undergo an in-depth, eight-month course, which includes group workshops that equip them with knowledge, tools and skills for navigating the job market and building their career. Every participant is paired with a senior mentor from their study.
