The center was established in cooperation with the Municipality of Tel Aviv-Yafo and E4E.
Neve Ofer-Kiryat Shalom Elementary Center named after Bronke and the late Moshe Galblom, established in 1999, is shared by the schools: Hadkal, Dizingoff and Nofim.
