Nimrod Dotan holds a BA in Political Science and a Masters in Systemic Organizational Development from the University of Haifa. Nimrod previously worked in a variety of management and training positions with the Israel Scouts movement. In his final role with the Scouts, he managed the national training array and was a HR project manager. After leaving the Scouts, he managed HR projects in the business sector.
In 2012, Nimrod joined Educating for Excellence (E4E). For six years, he served as Deputy Director of Education and then for two years as Deputy Director General, where he was responsible for managing all educational activities in our organization as well as the work at our organization’s headquarters. Nimrod is a Maoz Network member and completed a program for senior management in the educational system through Maoz & Harvard Business School. Nimrod also serves with the IDF Reserves as a combat commander in the Northern Command, holding the rank of lieutenant colonel in the Engineering Corps Combat Unit.
Chartered Public Accountant, with BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and MA in Law from Bar Ilan University. Has extensive experience in the business sector and, in the past, as an Accounting Controller of the Karasso Motors Group and as a Manager at the BDO Firm of Auditors.

Previously worked in the IDF in various senior HR positions. During her last position, served as Head of Innovation and Digital Branch (as Lieutenant Colonel).

Liron holds a MBA in public policy for principals from Tel Aviv University and has over 15 years experience working in the education sector. Previously, she worked as Director of the Schools Department for the Ramla municipality and was also a member of the Ramla Foundation Board of Directors.

Tal has a BA in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and a LL.B in Law from Reichman University. She is an experienced marketing professional, specializing in data mining, direct marketing, printing, and advertising. Prior to joining Educating for Excellence, she served as Director of Marketing & Communications for El Al.
Eti Peretz Hyams

Eti has a BA in communications and a MBA in organizational development for managers. She is experienced in leading change processes at the organizational and personal level. Prior to working with Tofsim Kivun (a project of Educating for Excellence), she held various business sector senior management positions, most recently serving as CEO of a national distribution company.

BA in Social Work from Ben Gurion University. Worked in diverse training positions and in the Israeli Scouts and as E4E’s South Regional Manager for 3 years.

Has experience in management and education from several social, non-profit and youth organizations. Administrated the field program of the “Zionist Union” for two years.
Osnat Ben Altabet

BA in Special Education from Tel-Hai College and MA student in Policy and Leadership in Education from Haifa University. Has experience in informal education in the Upper Galilee Regional Council, and was the manager of E4E’s center in Hatzor Haglilit and Jaffa D for 3.5 years.

B.A. in social Work from the Hebrew University. Currently an Education Systems Management M.A. student at Bar-Ilan University. Has extensive experience in non-formal education. Established and managed E4E’s Or Yehuda Center for two and a half years.

Has a wealth of experience in the field of education from her work as a Coordinator and Educational Manager for the Jewish Agency for Israel’s Mechina, plus as a Youth Coordinator in the Agricultural.

M.A. student in Administration, Policy and Leadership in Education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Has a wealth of experience in education from various organizations. Founded and managed the Jerusalem Elementary E4E Center for 3.5 years.

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Holon Institute of Technology. Has extensive experience with various information systems and analyzing data from the business sector, both in Teva and in various start-up companies.

M.A. in Political Science and Leadership from Tel Aviv University, B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Served as Parliamentary Aide to Former MK and Deputy Minister of Education Rabbi Michael Melchior, was a founder of the Administration for National Civic Service and Manager of Public Affairs. Worked as Manager of Initiatives Development for the “Inter-Generational Connection” program at the Museum of the Jewish People at Beit HaTfutsot.
